Personalized products may also require names, messages, photographs, designs, or other artwork. The information you submit can become part of a product preview, saved design, or production file. Only upload material you are entitled to provide.

This website uses WordPress and WooCommerce for its online store and hosting services to operate the website. Information needed to provide these services may be processed by our hosting, payment, communications, and delivery providers, and by authorized people handling customer service and order production.

Online payment options include Square services. Card details entered in the Square payment form are handled by Square. The store uses cookies to support shopping carts, checkout sessions, account sign-in, and website operation. Saved orders and artwork

Order records and personalized artwork may remain available after an order is completed. The current store configuration does not automatically erase order records after a fixed period. Design and production files are stored separately from customer account records, so an account deletion alone may not remove all related files. Contact us about a specific order or upload if you would like us to review what information remains.

Questions and privacy requests

You may contact Corksee to ask about information associated with you, request a copy or correction, or request deletion. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant account, order, or upload, but do not email payment-card details. We may need to verify the request and consider recordkeeping, security, and other applicable obligations before removing information.
